How to delete your data

You can delete the data Postlane holds about you and your Instagram account at any time, in either of these two ways.

Option 1: remove Postlane from Instagram

1. Open Instagram and go to your profile.
2. Open Settings and then Apps and websites.
3. Find Postlane under Active and tap Remove.

Postlane loses access to your account immediately. Instagram notifies us and we delete the data of that account within 30 days.

Option 2: ask us by email

Write to contacto@nosolofans.com with the subject "Data deletion", from the email address of your Postlane account, and include the Instagram username. We delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done.

What is deleted

Your Postlane account, the data of your connected Instagram accounts (profile basics, list of posts and insights), the access tokens, the files you uploaded and the records linked to them. Posts already published stay on your Instagram account, because they are yours: you can delete them from Instagram.
