Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of Postlane, a service operated by NOSOLOFANS LLC, 1111B S Governors Ave STE 25966, Dover, DE 19904, United States ("we", "us"). By using Postlane you accept them.
1. The service
Postlane lets you connect Instagram professional accounts, publish photos, Reels and Trial Reels to them, and read the insights of their posts. Postlane is currently offered as a private beta, by invitation.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old and use Postlane for your business or professional activity. You may only connect Instagram accounts that you own or that you are authorized to manage.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you publish through Postlane. You confirm that you have the rights needed to publish it and that it complies with Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines. We only use your content to publish it where and when you ask.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Postlane to publish content that is illegal, sexually explicit, infringing, deceptive or spam, to manage accounts without authorization, or to try to bypass the limits set by Instagram. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Instagram
Postlane works through Instagram's official API and depends on it. Instagram may change or limit its features, publishing limits or the data it provides, and that may affect Postlane. Postlane is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Meta.
6. Availability
We work to keep Postlane available and working correctly, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every publication will succeed.
7. Liability
Postlane is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, NOSOLOFANS LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits or loss of data arising from the use of the service.
8. Ending the service
You can stop using Postlane at any time and remove its access from your Instagram settings. We may end or suspend access if these terms are breached. Your data is then handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. If the change is important, we will tell you by email before it applies.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights in your country.
